Terms of Use
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement under which we deliver our services: clients sign a separate Managed Services Agreement, and where the two differ about the services, that agreement governs.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who We Are
This site is operated by Harper Agency Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 15894388, with its registered office at Beck House, 77a King Street, Knutsford, WA16 6DX.
You can reach us at support@harperagency.io.
2. Using This Site
You may read this site, download or print pages for your own reference, and share links to it.
You may not use it to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain access to any part of it you have not been given access to, interfere with how it works or with anyone else’s use of it, or collect material from it by automated means.
The client onboarding questionnaire is reached with an access code. If you have been given one, it is for your own use in completing your own onboarding. Please do not pass it on.
3. What the Information Here Means
The case studies on this site describe work we have done for named clients, with figures those clients or our own records supplied. They are an account of what happened in those campaigns. They are not a forecast, a promise or a guarantee of what any other campaign will achieve, and our agreement with clients says the same: we give no guarantee as to campaign results, reply rates or the number of leads generated.
The ROI calculator produces an illustration from averages across our campaigns and from figures you enter yourself. It is a way of thinking about the numbers, not a quotation, a projection or advice you should rely on in making a decision.
Prices shown on this site are starting prices, are exclusive of VAT, and are subject to the signed quote and agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or free of error, and we may change any of it without notice.
4. Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will be available without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if it is unavailable at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
We own or are licensed to use everything on this site, including its text, design, code, graphics, photography and video. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission, beyond the personal use described in section 2.
Client names, logos and marks appear here with those clients’ permission. They belong to their respective owners, and nothing here grants you any right to use them.
“Harper” and the Harper logo are used by us as our trading identity.
6. Other Sites and Services
Some parts of this site use services run by other companies: calls are booked through Calendly, forms are delivered to us through Formspree, and video testimonials are played from YouTube. Using those parts means their terms and privacy notices apply to you as well as ours.
We link to clients’ own websites, and we show screenshots of them. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
7. Privacy and Cookies
How we handle personal data, and what this site stores on your device, are set out in our Cookies & Privacy Policy. Nothing beyond what is necessary to run the site is loaded until you have made a choice on the cookie panel.
8. Our Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, this site is provided as is. We exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything in it.
If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by amending this page. Please check it from time to time; using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
